Within the project, HAMK plays a central role in project coordination and overall management, ensuring quality assurance, monitoring, and effective implementation of activities. It contributes its expertise in vocational teacher education, inclusion, gender equality, and digital pedagogy.HAMK also supports the development of training content and methodologies, facilitates knowledge transfer between partners, and strengthens collaboration between vocational education institutions and the private sector.

Universidade Pedagógica de Maputo is a leading public higher education institution in Mozambique dedicated to teacher education, educational research, and national development. It operates across all regions of the country through an extensive network of campuses and training centres. The institution plays a key role in strengthening the national education system and has significant experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and educational innovation, including digital learning and inclusive education approaches.

UP-Maputo contributes to the project through its expertise in teacher education, supporting the design, development, and implementation of continuous professional development courses. It plays an active role in integrating gender equality, inclusion, and digital pedagogy into training content. The institution is also involved in pilot implementation, engagement with teachers, and dissemination of project results at national level.

Instituto Superior Politécnico de Songo (ISPS) is a public higher education institution focused on technical and vocational education, particularly in engineering, energy, and industrial fields. It contributes to the development of skilled professionals to support regional and national economic growth. ISPS has experience in applied training, entrepreneurship development, and cooperation with industry, including initiatives related to business incubation and innovation.

ISPS contributes to the development of training content related to entrepreneurship and private sector collaboration. It supports the integration of practical and labour market-oriented approaches into vocational education. The institution also contributes to pilot activities and promotes engagement with local stakeholders, strengthening the link between education, innovation, and economic development.

Polytechnic of Leiria is a higher education institution with strong links to research, innovation, and regional development. It integrates research centres, business incubators, and close collaboration with small and medium-sized enterprises. The institution promotes applied learning, entrepreneurship, and innovation, contributing to the development of skills aligned with labour market needs.

IPLeiria contributes expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business incubation, supporting the development of training modules and methodologies. It also promotes collaboration between education and industry within the project framework. The institution contributes to knowledge sharing, capacity building, and the dissemination of project results at international level.

ADPP Mozambique is a national non-governmental organisation with more than 40 years of experience in development sectors including education, health, agriculture, and environment. It operates a wide range of programmes across the country. In the education sector, ADPP has strong experience in teacher training, vocational and technical education, and community-based capacity building, working closely with local communities and institutions.

ADPP contributes practical expertise in the implementation of training programmes and capacity-building activities. It supports outreach, engagement with target groups, and the delivery of pilot training. The organisation also plays a role in dissemination and ensures that project activities are grounded in practical, community-based approaches.
